I Complained Once

Due to the incompetence of East Midlands train knackering my day by advertising a non exsistant train, I decided to complain...

I would like to thank East Midland trains for getting my day off to a bad start, as I arrived at Wellingborough station to find that the 05:22 advertised train was cancelled, and after speaking to a member of staff at the station, I was told it should never have been advertised as it was never going to run.




I have used the services from Wellingborough since 1999 and all I can say is, no matter what your figures say, as a daily traveller who seven days a week, since Stage Coach took over control from Midland Mainline, the service has become worse, with customer care being very low on your companies agenda.



Also why does it take only 50 minutes to run a train from St Pancras to Wellingborough, but it takes an hour to run a train from Wellingborough to St Pancras.



I know it isn't worth complaining to you as nothing different will happen to the quality of the service and unless I want to travel an additional 20 miles to Northampton, I'm stuck and stuffed by your train service.
